Although we are an industrial start-up, BIKAP management team have a wide experience in many different industrial areas, like automotive, wind energy and aeronautics, which adds a wealth of information and best practices that will prove highly valuable. Our experience exceeds the bike industry.
• The operational team includes personnel with a vast experience in e-bike assembly and high-end conventional bikes of well-known brands and new projects as well, like the following ones:
• Setup and management of a brand-new state of the art manufacturing facility located in Portugal.
• Setup and management of a new facility dedicated to the development and assembly of some well-known sharing e-bike projects.
• Relevant experience in managing customer requirements and production improvements to European top brands.
History
Bikap is a new Portuguese e-bike assembly factory mainly dedicated to the mid and high-end segments. We are qualified to assemble any type of bike, like cargo or special micro-mobility solutions.
We were born in 2021 with the main idea of providing customers a different service, not only limited to the assembly, but rather promote a deeper cooperation and transparency that lead to beneficial profits.
Starting with one assembly line, our plan is to grow step by step to adding up capacity without sacrificing service levels and quality.
